Most of our candles are 100% hand-made, which means they are individually
poured by hand. Other candles are produced using a semi-automatic
process. Whichever process is applied, we ensure a very high quality
standard. |

For each
production the color mix is being prepared by experts in order to reach
the correct color intensity for all candles. We use the Universal Pantone
Color System.

The color is being mixed with the heated paraffin at the right time; this
assures that the color pigment dissolves properly, and creates the basis for
a high quality product. |

The forms
are being filled with the prepared paraffin; the temperature of
the paraffin is vital for the quality of the end product.

Each candle is then checked for air bubbles and flaws.
After cooling, candles are removed from the forms and wicks are cut to the
right size. |

Our specialty
candles need an extra touch to be finalized. All candles are wiped
clean, some are brushed or painted, and then they are passed on to quality
control.

Our candles are being quality checked thoroughly; here the candle base is
being checked, securing the candle can stand properly. |

Obviously,
it is of vital importance that all candles are marked, labeled and packed
properly so they are ready to go directly to the customer's warehouse.
